Investment Summary
Monitor KPIs such as occupancy levels and high-level financial information in this executive summary, which compares the current month to averages of the last 3, 6, and 12 months. Additionally, we include a recap of the cash balance for the facility and a comparison to our "Target Cash" figure, which represents one month's worth of average expenses, to ensure you have a cash cushion available at all times.
Cash Management
Compare cash flow over periods of time in this report that shows a picture of where cash is coming from and what it’s being spent on reconciled with the facility's Net Income. Services include monthly bank reconciliations, monitoring of cash balances, handling all deposits and disbursements from the facility operating account
Occupancy Overview
Get a detailed report providing historical information on a number of occupancy and financial figures for the facility. This report includes a detailed breakdown by month of the total number of units, occupied units, move ins, move outs, vacancies, unit mixes, etc. Additionally, we provide further analysis on these numbers, calculating the discount rate and comparing year-over-year revenue numbers to show growth for the facility.
Full Financial Statements
We provide you full financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows. You see snapshots of all the assets, liabilities, and equity of the facility right at your fingertips. Historical reports go to investors monthly with comparisons to the trailing 12, 6, and 3-month periods so trends can be monitored.
Payroll
We set up monitoring, and reporting for your facility’s payroll. This would include (if desired) employing your staff allowing us to handle all the required reporting and your staff to participate in our healthcare and retirement plans.
