Project Story
A storage facility in Rohnert Park demonstrates how professional management can positively impact an attractive, well-built facility in a central location. Since Cubix Asset Management took over, the facility has experienced significant improvements in operational efficiency, revenue growth, and overall management, making it a prime example of successful property management.
Over the initial 6 months of management, among many things, we created a high quality web site that allows for touchless rentals, implemented a focused digital marketing plan, and added dynamic revenue management. We started managing the facility in late 2021 and, for 2022, we have been able to achieve the following results.
1) Occupancy growth of 17.6%
2) Revenue growth of 18.8% for 2022
3) Operating expense reductions in excess of 20%
